Land Projects and Solutions

We have extensive experience in the delivery of a wide range of projects, from multiple acre sites that include business parks, schools and mixed housing, through to exclusive developments that make efficient use of small parcels of land.

No matter what type of project, we remain focused on helping landowners make best use of their assets, dealing sympathetically with local community views as appropriate and enabling local authorities to meet their development targets without having a negative impact on the local environment.

Here is a selection of the projects that we currently have in our portfolio. Please contact us if you would like us to discuss further details.

Tender Process Management for the Walnut Tree development in Milton Keynes

Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes

With a wide network of contacts, we were able to carry out the initial tender work at no cost to the client until the land was secured.

Land Led Development – Bedford

The Arches, North Bedfordshire

The Arches, in North Bedfordshire, is a small development of beautifully thought out homes on the outskirts of the village of Oakley.

Well established in the affordable housing market, Grand Union Homes came to us looking for support and guidance with this project. Their experience in land acquisition and developing homes for the open market was limited.

This was Grand Union’s first development for the open market.

We’re always ready to discuss how we can help you to make the most out of your land development project
